March 30th from 6-8pm.

Embark on a transformative art & yoga journey in this unique 2-hour workshop to reignite your creativity and align with your best self. Discover the 7 keys to better life balance as you paint your way to inner harmony. You will feel renewed while moving your body, unwinding your mind and reconnecting with your soul underneath the full moon. Invite a friend to join the freedom and fun or savor in it solo. No previous painting experience necessary. Supplies are included and tea will be served. Each participant will leave with their artwork as memorabilia.

Fresh Perspectives: A Theta Healing Reboot for the Mind, Body, and Soul

Join Jules from Soul Repair By Jules as she lulls you into a state of deep relaxation using frequency and guided meditation to prepare you to receive deep healing of the subconscious mind. This unique offering speaks to all levels of the being and helps to release disease, unhealthy ideals and assumptions that stand in the way of being able to live in our truth and express who we truly are. Please bring water, a yoga mat, blanket/pillow, or anything else you need to be comfortable to lay or sit in silence for one hour.

Archangel Group Healing: IET (Integrative Energy Therapy)

April 4th from 6:30-8 PM

Jules will guide you through a specific process of utilizing the frequencies of 9 Angels to release guilt, distrust, threat, shame, self-doubt, expectations, grief, betrayal, broken-heartedness, stress, powerlessness, anger, resentment, fear, victimization, constriction, opposition, limitation and struggle from the cellular and auric memory of your being.

The goal is to show you how capable you are of releasing what no longer serves you and build your confidence in doing so for yourself.

Please bring water, a yoga mat and blankets/pillow so you can be very comfy.

Reiki Infused Sound Bath

April 12th from 7:30-8:45 pm

Join Corey and Melissa in a powerful synergy of Sound Healing and Reiki. You’ll be guided along a journey of sound from gongs, metal and crystal bowls, chimes and other sacred healing instruments, where healing vibrations and sensations will weave their magic over and through you. Bliss out with sounds of nature, sounds of creation, and other beautiful harmonics as the instruments entrain your brainwaves into deeper and deeper states of consciousness. Melissa will be offering Reiki to all participants throughout the sound journey, adding to the energetic experience!

Participants will lay in Savasana or sit in a chair for the entire duration of this event. For those who intend to lay down (recommended so long as it is comfortable) please bring multiple layers of padding for under your body. Also, wear warm and comfortable clothes. Warm socks, a pillow for the head and/or bolster for under legs, and extra layers for warmth on top are all great options to consider. Comfort is king!
