What To Expect For Services

​    Arrival & Late Policy 

​​​

Please arrive at least 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and to begin your session on time.​​

Clients arriving late may receive a shortened session out of respect for the next guest's scheduled time. Full payment is still required.

    Preparation for Services To get the most out of your session:

Hydrate well before and after bodywork or detox treatments.

Avoid eating a heavy meal right before your appointment.

Wear comfortable clothing if you’re scheduled for stretching or yoga.

Communicate any health concerns, injuries, or preferences to your therapist before the session begins.

        Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule appointments.

Cancellations made within 24 hours are subject to a 30% fee.

No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 50% of the service cost or may result in forfeiting your deposit.

Deposits can be transferred to a new date one time if rescheduled with proper notice. A second reschedule or cancellation will forfeit the deposit.

  Deposit Requirements

 A 50% deposit is required for new clients and for services over $50. This helps us reserve your time and prepare accordingly.

       Health & Wellness Considerations

If you're feeling unwell, please contact us to reschedule as soon as possible. For the safety of all clients and staff, we reserve the right to decline service if illness is present.

​

          Respectful Environment

We ask that you silence your phone and speak softly in our shared spaces to help maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Children are welcome only if they are receiving a service or accompanied by another adult.

​

   Refunds

We do not offer refunds on services rendered. Prepaid packages and deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred with approval if rescheduled with proper notice.
